The reason we chose Jason Crouch was because we had know him on a personal level for a very long time from when he was a boilermaker. I believe that if you know them well they will look after you. It was our first choice!
Jason is very honest and staright forward. He is an approachable bloke that makes you feel very comfortable. Some real estate agents i had spoken with in the past would be better of being used car salesmen. Jason gives you no stories.
Jason is honest, up and down and puts no padding on anything. He is very easy to deal with and we had no dramas. He kept us up to date at all times and talked us through options expecially when it came to tweaking the price. Overall a great experience!

The reason why i listed with Jason was due to the appraisal presentation he had put together, it was amazing! I thought to myself if he puts in this much effort with his vendors then he must also work extremely hard with the buyers so i went with him!
I found him to always be honest with everything and did what i asked of him - sold my house quickly!
Sheree was also fantastic and did a great job with advising me during the negotiations, she was so helpful and nothing was ever a problem.

We found him to be very professional and immediately felt very comfortable with him. Everything was fantastic from the photos of the house, the internet feature - everything was spot on!..Thats probably why it sold so quickly!!
